If you equip new items, it resets though, its probably just a visual glitch, effect probably doesn't work?

It's just a visual bug anyway, it doesn't help you at all. It will not change the PEN you get from selling it, nor will it prevent the Items from running out as it will still be handled as a 1-Day-Item.

Done. The video is uploadin' on youtube. 17% at the moment xD and to the one that say it's visual. It is not. After u closed s4 league. Put the date back to 2013 and then when u go to s4 put it back to 1980 so it will never expire
