you just need to have localhost (htdocs) and extract it there then in side is also a do_es folder but thats inside ht docs so you have :
xammp> htdocs > folders extracted from DO_ES tutorial > in the folders is also a folder do_es.

EDIT: All another works but gives only black screen :(
