if you get the start error:
try changing the sro folder in sbot again. not actually change the folder, but just go to settings and choose silkroad directory, even though you've done that already previously it works for me.

Silkraod get a update without starting the Server new, if you close sbot you cant login aggain. we need to wait fot the 1.94 crack
