Both of the programs dont work my OS is windows 8 i run it as admin and do the steps but nothing happened.

When i clickon the setup it saids Acess violation at Address 00409B02 write address 00401000

Edit: Nvm i got it to open but then when i press the home key it doesnt go by itself
