ok i know this is a previous problem but im not understanding how to fix it,when i try to enter my game it says Server is down.....someone said to edit the shell.ini and the shell.dat,whats its suppose to say...sry for the stupid ? but help me if u can thanx KingGem[PM]

ok when i open my soul.exe and try to run the game it says my server is down,when i open the NPC message,it keeps saying connect to account server again someone PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!

make Sure your wamp/appache is running, Delete the my.ini from your WINDOWS and/or the mywamp.ini , than run the server again.Quote:

guys is there a way to change lotto price from 1k ep to 28eps and the limit from liek 20 to unlimited or somthing? i think there in Cq-Config but i dotn know the Id of Lotto anybody?
