[RELEASE] WORKING Fixed Serverfiles+English gameclient!

Now the server should run well (looks same as in the video) and the launcher works too the game opened and my server name is there.

but after i try to login it says "cannot connect to server" :(

Anyone got it working with vmware? Do i need to forward the ports?

looks like you messed up the data.pak file.
you can't overwrite the ,
if the ip doesn'T fit, just replace the ,0,192.168.5.007 with ,,192.168.5.7.
understand? you may take the 0's between the , , out. but the , have to stay ;)
try editing it again^^

disable the whole firewall. you don't need to foward the ports.
i guess you need to edit your data.pak, and replace the original 192.167.5.007 with your vm ip-adress ;)

ahh..btw... don't forget to edit the list.txt and replace the name and ip-adress from there too ;)

sounds releastic because my firewall says the client trys to connect to 192.167.5.7 LOL

Replaced allready 3 IPs but still wrong but i will go on :D

woot ok coming to character selection screen now :D my server named "50000" and cant connect seems like I made a wrong , or . in the data.pak :D

ok i ve been trying to fix this 4 evr i got sql 2000 then i dl this SQL2000-KB884525-SP4-x86-ENU.EXE which i guess is sp4 i install i followed evrthing in the video then i click on dbmon then i open cast sever n it says unable 2 login 4 user blah blah reason: not associated with a trusted sql connection can some 1 help me with this lol ive been trying 4 evr i have no idea what it could b :/

Guys, why is that i have my server started, and got probs only with p-server luncher, i started webserver, changed IP in that txt, and when i wanna connect, p-server luncher doesn't show that any server is online to update from..

switch the identification mode.

You have only windows identification and you need to set "SQL and Windows Identification". Its somewhere in the database properties.

i just clicked windows authentication instead of sql server authentication

:O i cant find were to change it at data base properties i dont c that ne were all i see is data base n i cant change nothing in that :/ unless im just blind

Probbly thats why you need the SQL authentication and not Windows...

yea that was my problem i got threw all that but how the hell do i fit my ip in the pserver connecter there isnt enough room 4 my ip O_o

So what did you change to get passed that error....?

i uninstalled sql 2000 then reinstalled it and when ur installing it says windows authentication mode onli or mixed windows n sql authentication mode i clicked the mixed i had it on windows onli n how do i put my ip on there it wont fit without me moving stuff then it says invalid file txt blah


edit: wth i try 2 change the ip address in my pc connector n i put 127.0.0.1 like u said but its says invalid file txt do not proceed
