As far as i understand there are two ways to get a beta key.

1. sign up for one in April of 2008 ( couple months ago; meaning you cant get one from the hammer)

2. buy one with online "gems" from the shandra shop? This hasn't been confirmed yet, but it has been mentioned on the forum a few times.

The CLOSED beta starts on 12/12/2008.

The OPEN beta starts on 01/01/2009.

So just wait an extra week or two, and you can play

btw i think that these keys will only be for closed beta, remember open beta starts 1st january.

Shanda points?it's the gems? you are in the class A if it's that :

There are four draws depending on the number of gems:
Tuesday : Players with 2500－4399
Wednesday : Players with 1000－2499
Thursday : Players with 300－999

Players with 4400 and above are VIP and and apparently have an exchange with a key guarantee

You will be able to play Aion on the Chinese Open beta the 1th January or if you have been able to have a key for the closed beta, you will be able to play the 12th decembre.;)

Aion is based on a modified version of the cry engine 1, the graphic engine of FarCry 1.

On the Korean site, the recommended system seems low for the graphics card :p : GF7600/x2600

hmmm i am sorry if i ask something wrong ... i'm not @ this section but saw aion and the game rox . i have few questions if sum1 can answer me please ?

1.is there an english patch for this server
2.when u register u get a number (95-----------) and a id....so what u use for activation ? the number or the id ?

1. there is no english client / client patch yet ;)
2. i got only the number. this is your personal account ID which is unique. I think this number is only for support etc when you have problems
