Not tryin to be a pain in the ass cuz i know you got a ton of questions and i suck with computers :P
when i go to login it says loging in please wait, then it just sits there. i notice on my cmd prmt window it says "Input string not in a correct format" what do i need to fix lol

i did all that ^^ and mine still comes up with "Error: connection with the server interupted. Please re-login."

could it be the fact that i have vista?

Uhm, Un-Install every thing then Re-Install and fallow the guide again.

well that other guy had vista and he got it to work so there must be a way =/

also... in a post earlier u said to make sure that i have the right client.... i used the link that u put but i didnt patch at all was i suppose to patch or something?

havent figured that out yet but ive only spent like 5 minutes on it aswell :P

No you aren't suppose to patch. Also I know there is a way to get it to work but I'm not sure how to.

ugh these numbers are givin me a headache lol. im the the source files and i tried to swap hawks with bulls...it failed lol. i think imma bout to give this coding stuff isnt my thing :P thanks again for all your help man

i have not found any post saying how to code it so npc talk will someone put a guide and a second thought can u not use files from the original conquer to make them talk if so which files do you need

I dunno for a fact so i could be wrong, but im asuming all the codes for NPC's and such would have to be adjusted in the source folder. We unfortanutly dont have access to that for co :P
Im still messin around with stuff, if i figure anything useful out i'll post it.

Why do people even bother trying to set a private server up.... there are good ones out there, just play those. If you don't know how to code, then don't waste yours or anyone else's time.
