I think they are getting caught, I have used it for weeks and not had any problems. Pro-tip: Dont use it in pvp warzones where people will instantly notice it and fraps you. Use it for questing and you'll have no issues.

I am 100% that no one saw me, and i still got banned. So they have something that can detect it. I have answered them with a reply what i got banned for.

Just a note, I just got banned for 7 days, I was careful not to use this in PVP, in crowded areas, and I'm on a very low population server. So be cautious!
