Well I have dynamic IP adress and sometimes I have the IP of the owner of my ISP so I can enter in their site with this IP :p...

I can't host like this... But if you make a program in C# (Which I made) that gathers your ip from No-IP and tell to everyone to dl it it works just fine (The program gets the ip from No-IP and writes it down in your Server.dat) Btw you MUST open the client trough that program
