I know vb6 :p and alittle vb.net and c# but rarely touch anything.There are kids less then half my age who know 100x more then me,And I got money lol.I leave the programming to the programers but every now and then I do like to play around with some code.You all got these nice API's to play with and everything . =)
and last time i got heavy into coding,i put on like 50 lbs and got all hunched over looking,took 6 months of exersize and no computer to get back to normal.I wassent to attractive for A while :( it was mainly me and my hand,dont want to do that again :)

It's called moderation. I program alot in my free time but take 1 hour a day or so 3-4 times a week and exercise, that has prevented me from becoming a total fat ass :)

I got A bit of an addictive personality.When I do something I tend to get real focused and stay on it.The weigh wassent to bad that was easily lost in A few weeks.The thing that bothered me most was the hunched neck I got,I'm 6'2 rather tall and using A laptop isn't all to comfortable-no desk just using what ever to put it on.But yeah I try and limit my self alot more now. :)

If they wanted your info or use you as part of A bot net,it would be safer for them to just code what they wanted into the bot itself.
