[P-Server]Rappelz: Throne of Eden

I find this to be a pitiful ego battle for smoke and Throne of Eden.

I've read this whole thread and find both the servers and the people to be pitiful examples of humanities flaw of conviction and ability to hold the idea of them being higher than others.

Throne of Eden is not the best, it's cool you guys are doing all of this work on your own. I ran a WoW server for 3 years and found the experience to be great. However, your administration/staff show flaws of immaturity. You should have ignored smoke rather than feeding the flame of critique. He bashed your server and called you out on his own belief. He has a right, you should have given a proffessional statement and not sunk to a low level. It makes the staff look pitiful. You shouldn't have the idea of pleasing the few. You should be promoting your server. Not argueing with 1 person because they have doubts about your work. Let him QQ over it. If you didn't copy his work, he deserves no credit. Let him move on. I can almost garuantee that without your replys he would have lost interest or would have proven his own retardating.
Your staff on the other hand, showed there flaws. Better to be thought stupid than the prove it.

Smoke, you seriously should consider promoting your server. If they took your work get over it! I've had people steal my work in the WoW community of private servers. Its what people do! Grow the hell up and quit acting like you own every servers work. They could very well have developed a NPC/server/unpack on your own design. Doesnt mean they copied all your work. Move the hell on and prove that you aren't some egotistical douchebag.

Overall both the staff and smoke have turned this thread into a train wreck. If you dont like the server, post an opinion with reasoning. Quit filling this forum with retarded BS. If your adults fucking act like it. Listen to your people and be proud of your work. Dont push your beliefs.

Thank you, had to point this out. Makes the server look as though it has incompetent staff.(Not a bash on staff, but actions speak louder than words.)

Except I will point out, that if you think we stooped to Smoke's level, well you kinda just did yourself as well. Also you should recognize that by flaming our posts Smoke is really only promoting it, so by arguing with him I'm making people pay attention. Psychology 101.

Also would like to point out there is no ego battle between us. If ToE staff were egotistical then we'd be pulling out all the stops, and posting everything we've done in a pitifully childish attempt to prove Smokey wrong, but we have no need to do so. People will log in whenever they please and see the work we do on their own, and that is proof enough. I just like teasing Smokey, cause I can get him going.... ;)

A battle occurs between two equal forces, to imply such here would simply be a misjudgment of ToE's abilities. Your post has some merit, but on the other hand by even making such a post you're stoking the fire. Hmn, wouldn't that however render your whole argument invalid? ToE considers itself a company which I find marginally mental considering their track record.

I do admit, you created a rather dramatic atmosphere, but you did it in a way that made your staff seem as though they can't deal with stress. Smoke is after-all just one huge troll.

I made the post to give my take on the discussion, I did not choose sides or support either. I simply pointed out what i'm sure other people have felt.

I actually finished reading that text wall of yours, I won't argue that this thread is a complete train wreck. I also won't argue that I could have ignored them and their badgering of my work. Sure, but why? We all know copying someone is a sincere form of flattery. But I have no interest in being flattered.

Admittedly I don't share the values of the ToE team and feel they have usurped a variety of their features from Redemption (Does that make it the truth? No.) Have I ever played their server? No, never honestly been bothered to.

BUT WAII!!! Because I watch all competition closely just to see what they're doing. ToE never interested me past the point they started claiming NCarbon and Redemption's work as their own.

Then as the off and on turmoil between ToE and Redemption once again begins to die down and people begin to let it go and LOW AND BEHOLD another unknown with an opinion (That will only stir more drama) comes into play. Trying to say that our issues between each other don't meet your expectations.

The fact that he continues to do so only seems to show how threatened of us he is, either that or he still holds a grudge against us for something. I honestly don't know which nor do I care. Quite frankly we have never looked at redemption, or rather I haven't, I don't know if Uebari has. I generally have my eyes on my screen and don't often look at his until he says something like "Oh look! Look what I did!"

Either way, I've grown tired of these constant rants, I created this new topic for the purpose of making a clean slate. And yet Smoke still makes even more posts, in some sort of attempt at either trying to claim credit for our work (he seems to have some sort of credit addiction), insult our server for some reason or another or simply attack our credibility or overall abilities. All of which fail in the first place, never the less, we felt it would be more prudent to take some sort of action in our defense. Thus the rants. Especially since Deadlock and Limery seem to always back him up for their own personal prejudices, which really have no merit since they were banned for either misbehavior or misuse of power. Otherwise we would simply ignore Smoke, the fact that multiple people try to take one obviously deluded side, isn't really fair to other onlookers.

In any case I'm done playing with Smoke. I do have one question I think you all should consider. The fact that no administrative action has been taken against Smoke considering how many times he or any other like him has been reported only shows one simple fact. That EPvP as a whole does not care what type of topic nor how much drama is created on their forum so long as people post. This is because EPvP is simply the internet equivalent of a Black Market, seeing as 2 forms of transactions take place here, one being money and the other being information for illegal content that is either a violation of any of the various MMOs or the outright Copyright of the MMO in the form of Private Servers. So to state that having such discussions on this forum is wrong or childish, is in fact wrong, as such, such rules do not exist in a forum of this nature, nor can they be enforced by the EPvP administration. Seeing as this is technically a forum dedicated to illegal content.

Anyways... as to quote you above about us taking work from your "Project Redemption" neither do you have any significant proof that we have in any way used any of your "scripts" and/or "coding" in any of our project. We have properly credited NCarbon in our posts and they know this.

But... what about you smoke... weren't you the one that was like "Let's team up..." because we were getting close to accessing the client at that time and etc or was that just a ploy. Though we decided to play the block card and cut you from anything that we were doing at that point. Your so called "partner-ship" which you asked Subaru, but after a while your ego got too big and we dropped you or did you forget ? :D

You simply just ignore the fact that your ego is so big its what will eventually deter people from your project as many people can see here on the posts. Thanks for the "criticism" it was greatly appreciated. Though none the less not important in harming or defaming us / the project or any affiliates a long with us. Though on a final note, things are going great with the project.

Once again though, if you can show any definite proof or viable proof to your claim of us taking work from Project "Redemption" I would love to see your "facts" on this.
