[Release]「 Tools 」.Kom Extractor/Kompactor

Its helpful if you want to get the files inside the GC client. (e.g. Scripts, Graphics, Models, etc.)

This was really important since the first season.
Without these extractors and compilers, we won't be able to do the KOM editing method.

It wasn't. Its just a tool for the client to extract and compile the files inside KOM Files.

Anyway, I don't have yet the latest news regarding GC hacks.

What I only know is that GC's security right now is nearly impossible to hack.

actually you don't need video tutorial for this. you can do it properly if you will follow certain instructions.
