It's a good thing for a Moderator application for sure. I'd personally say Guardian is more of a role model title, even though it doesn't give you any rights, it looks great (imo), you can have that black name again if you're premium ;) But it honestly does help Moderators go through reports.
It helps everyone to be honest.
