First time I updated the bot and my account.txt wasnt pulled empty.
what i did is:
1.shut down all machines.
2.in globalconfig set autoupate=1.
3.empty accounts.txt
4.Boot all machines with and 30 second delay
5.Shut down all machines / repeat step 4&5 one or two times because some updates could have failes (i had 2 machines failing in 72)
6. in globalconfig set autoupdate=0.
7. Refill accounts.txt
8. Enjoy smoothly updated system

Can anyone provide the code for the .bat files to delete and clone Virtual Machines? I usually do not have trouble updating them, but 4.7 patch is taking a LOT longer than usual.

Anyone has problem with the certificate bug in the shop and machines getting stuck trying to buy xp boost with the last bot patch?
