Recently I played a cabal of some 3y.o. ago, I did not know that PH is a server other than the EU

I have a problem with downloading Cabal PH on google chrome - is this normal?

EU - EUrope
PH - PHilippines
KR - KoRea

Atleast know the difference first, before downloading a Client.

copy the entry on ID then click on Go To My Profile. Click on Customize Profile>>>Edit Your Details>>>Scroll to the very bottom of the page. Paste the copied ID on the box allocated for Hardware ID then click on Save Changes. Retry executing FUJI TRAINER if it works.

1. Open WIN button (bottom left key)
2. Type in regedit.exe
3. Open it and allow it full admin control
