But you're using that as an excuse after the fact. Y'all got in an argument because you pulled a scummy move, I would say one that borders being a scam to be honest and called each other names, etc. Of course when he feels like he has nothing more to lose, he may pull out a "threat."Quote:
I don’t respond lightly to people trying to make threats.
It's up to you as the provider to let go of your emotions and handle your business. Your ego will be the death of Aventus. I thought Hank was the issue but seeing you're still here spit-spatting and proving the worst customer service in the market shows you sadly are also the issue.
You've been in the scene long enough to know how a objectively good provider is handled. Eat your losses and generate him the keys he paid for which costs you NOTHING out of pocket, instead of a refund which nets you -$100 but don't leave dude with essentially nothing or a new deal he never agreed upon in the first place.
I would say it's the simplest of business as a cheat-user for 10+ years. If a provider made a mistake like you did with hiring Hank and is following it up the way you currently are - that provider failed every time shortly after.
If you want Aventus to last you got to right your wrongs and be extra nice to build up all the reputation you lost, because at the moment you're sitting at a negative reputation.
Imagine the PR you would've got from firing Hank and then following it up with still honoring the deal? You would've most likely got a great review in this thread from the guy and since he has that purple banner any noob like me on the forums would see that and go "awesome, Hank was the issue and now Aventus can flourish. Maybe I'll check them out"
I am not saying this because I want Aventus to fail, if you check my old posts I said the hate for Aventus was unnecessary and uncalled for initially. But can't defend you on this one.
