I tried that still no luck same error, there was only 1 account in there.

Anyone else have any ideas, my main VM works fine its when I clone it, that it does that. If I have an account put into the accounts file it works fine.

Solution:

create a bat with the commands:

NHC4.exe -ITPSilentActivate
NHC4.exe -ITPSilentRegister "XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XX-XXXX"
exit

run in the folder of the BOT, XXX its the license ofc.

the sync on google dirve is pretty bad. i got Vms to pull accounts double and tripe and so 12 or more vms got stuck because of that for several hours till manual fixing.
Had way better experience with the syncronizing on Dropbox it works rly well.
Best way to do shared accounts is a Network drive. I am using my NAS and since then no problems at all. other solution would be a router with integrated USB or creating a shared folder on one of your machines.

BE sure to deactivate the auto update function in your global config cause you will get in a lot of trouble with a messed up accounts.txt for all of your machines if nhc updates and one update isnt sucessfull

EDIT:
Sugesstion NHC. remove the xpalready=1 flag in config -> since you use img check for 400 RP its not usefull anymore. Bot just wont buy xp boost if a new account is pulled ( e.g. manually or by setting pullacc=0). If people dont want to buy xp boost (why in the world would you do that ) they can disable it in the global config !

NHC BOT consumes less CPU load because minimize the game while playing (if you are doing refs).

This will give you some free CPU LOAD, but doesn't mean will be enough to make a big jump (18 to 24) however maybe you can go with 20-22 vms.

Who knows it's a question you to push the limits.
