For the RXP bypass, you only have to change 1 lua line to bypass the battle tag check, so if someone has a throw away btag that owns it, you could md5 encrypt to be annoying.

It would take a while to remove all of the btag checks, but overall, it would allow current imports. Obviously they can ban that btag, but would probably give enough time to flat out remove the btag checks in the addon with a nil variable or a dummy account

Why would I believe you? When you claim what I do does not work anyway. Also I can make it work with no battle tag at all, but choose not to for reasons. Your way would be import, ban the account that someone had paid for. Then all guide updates would never happen.

When the I post, I do update the guides.

Any version of his interface will do, I'm pretty sure there will be others in need of it too.

People wonder why RXP does not work on Turtle Wow, when it states it does not work on it. But people try it anyway, to find out it does not work. Then still ask why it does not work.

So I'm currently on a private server, using Zygor 2.0 revision 1327 (2.0.1327? Not sure if it works like that) (acquired elsewhere, just found this post).. I had been accustomed to using the newest versions on retail and classic, so it's obviously a big change to go back to this old version. Not only is the UI different and it's lacking many functions, but the guides themselves are SEVERELY lacking. The new versions had multiple leveling guides for level ranges, plus guides for each zone, gold farming, etc..

My question would be, is there any way to implement the features of the newer versions to the UI of the older one? Alternatively, any way to make a newer version (in whole) work on a 3.3.5 client? My main goal for this post was hoping that there was a way to import the text of the guides themselves from the new version to the old one, anything extra would be an amazing bonus.

It's such a great addon on retail and it's essentially worthless with this 2.0 version that I'm currently using. Forgive me if you've already done this with your versions in the first post.

Latest Zygor Retail download says Release 9.0.29900.rar which is the current latest version but ingame it says Release 9.0.29892 so even the RAR is accidently providing an older release or Zygor messed up :-)

You probably can, but that is going to take a lot of time and effort in it for you to do. Do you know Lua coding and how to do it?
