Hello,
I'm here with a little bit more details as of Ch3hp's video on BTC Mining. Some points were already covered by Lawliet as i see.
First of all, the packets were presented as "Channel Status Check Request". It is true since the Status "NORM / BUSY / FULLS" is changed after X numbers of players are on it, so it has to check the status and make the decision to either change the Status from NORM to BUSY (EX: There are 200 players on CH3 [200 players is set as NORM] But when a new player joins, the number changes to 201 -> if the current number of players online on that channel is bigger than the value set for NORM it will change to BUSY, so it has to send a packet to let the users know the status of CH X is now BUSY.)
For this, i analyzed the communication between my local network and RBclient and had NO abnormal packets either sent nor received.
When it comes to BTC Mining, that's is absolutely BS. As Lawliet explained, Rubinum uses CEF (Chromium Embedded Framework) basically the in-game itemshop. Also, what game might use CEF hmmmm, oh Gameforge clients and, without a doubt, League of Legends :D ->
