Crashed, when i join a Room. Win 7 64 bit. Why?

Been wanting my question answered for a long time so some1 plz help Im on a laptop so when i press the f9 and f10 buttons it just changes my laptop's volume.Any1 know how i can press the f9 buttons so i can get the effects?

I use it also for 32bits and it crashed every time :/ pls update or have you other idm bots or hacks :) pls answer fast.

I used to have the same problem, but i fixed it a long time ago. I think you have to press f2 when you first open your laptop, then go to functions and make it press function then f keys. But search it online.
