why JAT.exe doesn't appear even though I run it as administrator ?? help me please

i download the new Version JAT v11.4
then i install it. After installing WHEN i open it "RUN ASS ADMIN" NOTHING SHOWS UP!

its working FINE...AOE is an xcemption^^....
for u to have WH....combine mwh with this JAT....

same here.but when I right click the JAT.exe I don't have "run as admin" option ...why ???

after I installed JAT 11.4, nothing happens,
