It has not been updated in about a year. Due to every time an update is out. The link to the file online would have to be changed.

But then if not updated, it shows an error. Then people flood the forum with the same post saying it dies not work.

Due to how long it takes to change it every single time. It is easier just to manually download the file.

Well idea because for everyone else the folder says TBC as it always has and the addon is Wrath as it shows in game.
