I'm not sure but I think users won't get banned because they release something unreleased from the UG...

I have asked Luke ( Luke ... ^^ ) about it. Also one of our moderators don't want that UG (because I'm not a mod ?? ) , so maybe Luke will reject it.

Maybe? He won't for sure. It's not an official epvp-UG, right? Even then, I could not think of a higher punishment than a kick plus an infra. Only a few things will get you instant banned, i.e. multiaccounting, scamming, intense spam/flaming and of course posting malware. That should be it.
