Understood. Here's the proof, consolidated:Quote:
I will say it again:
Some fights between people are spam and I will handle them like this. If people want to question my desicions, please give me real proof. All I see is only some discord chats, one guy saying he got scammed for 10k is a sad story to read but for us its no proof.
Didnt check out everything, but this bitch fighting ends now, everyone is free to post REAL proof and I will let it be so everyone can see it, but if I can recommand you guys something: if you post proof and then start 10 pages with some discussions the proof litterly is lost and no one can see it.
The rules from epvp are really simple, the same we help you guys warning others we also need to help providers to not get target by slandering and other providers with fake feedback.
If you guys keep going after this message I will start handeling out some warnings.
Payment: $10,080 sent, I have transaction records available if needed on our website ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], PIN: 6849)
Deliverables received: None. Aventus himself admitted in this thread that only "a menu was being worked on" after months.
Documentation: Full evidence with screenshots is available at ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], PIN: 6849)
On-forum confirmation: Aventus confirmed the accuracy of the documented information here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
I want to be direct: this isn't a "he said/she said" situation. I have documented payments, documented admissions, and zero deliverables. Meanwhile, his defense is unproven accusations of DDoS and "addresses being leaked" that anyone can verify are false by checking the actual page.
I respect that you need real proof and not drama. The proof is above. I'd ask that it be reviewed on its merits rather than dismissed because he turned this into a 10-page argument.
I'm done posting unless you need something further from me.
There is also already a scam report open in the complaint area: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
You asked for real proof. Here it is.
This was just sent to me by Hank (the developer behind Aventus):

To be clear:
He accuses me of "doxxing" and "24-hour ultimatums"
Here he is threatening my family with a 24-hour ultimatum, something that not even I hinted about doing, and I'm the one that got scammed $10,000.
I'm not here to argue. This is the proof you asked for.
