Im having Trouble Using Google Chrome,Firefox,IE when Using Grand Chase
is this due to the new patch?

Go to User CP. Under Settings and Options, press Edit Avatar. Then press "Choose File" if your uploading an avatar.

But for a PROFILE PICTURE, go under Your Profile, and press Edit Profile Picture. Same thing, if your uploading, press "Choose File".
