Services -> Windows Update -> Properties -> Disable. ;)
I've using this trick for more than 3 months, and it works very well. Windows doesn't ask me to update itself every day like it used to :D
The only problem is because Windows 10 is kinda an "OS as a service", when you want to update it, you'll have to get all the updates you missed while windows update was turned off, so it takes some time, but it's necessary, just enable windows update every month and go to settings -> updates and install them all.
I wouldn't recoment turning off winows update and never turning it on again, some updates are necessary for security concerns.
