varisq wich patch are you using english one? If you are using the english one, just put the cabal8 patcher files in data folder again and try to connect. Just an suggestion. or maybe your missing any client patch

u dont have to cast skills which takes 1.3 sec cast time, cast which takes 3 or mor for example, personaly i dont lagg that bad, just a bit
