How about I clear some things up - you received 4 weeks compensation for the downtime that occurred two months ago, that�s *4 of what you originally paid for. I also paused your subscription because you went on �Vacation� just to have you come back and open a dispute. I�m a very understanding provider, but you opened a dispute before you even requested a refund from me. Don�t bother trying to make my product seem bad, as everyone here knows anyone who opens a chargeback is the scammer - I hope you have a great day and next time make smarter decisions.

TL;DR: Low-quality user purchased my cheat, had issues so I offered a refund or wait for the fix. Pushed the fix while he went on vacation and gave him almost a full month free, he came back and opened a dispute. After the dispute he then proceeds to ask me for the refund, very pathetic.

And she obviously knows I couldn't have ever used the cheat because 1) it was down when I bought it without my knowledge of it being down. 2) the cheat didnt support 1903 which I also did not know
3) I consistently would ask her and a support in the discord on when the cheat will ever be up.

I told her I was going on vacation and I was gone for 3-4 weeks. That being said, the compensation of "4 weeks" is false because how am I being compensated if the cheat was never up when I wasn't on vacation? She is trying to count the 3-4 weeks that I told her I was leaving as her compensating me by keeping my subscription active... And when the cheat did come back up in late august, it went back down before september 5th, so again, impossible to have 4 weeks of compensation if the cheat has never even been up for 2...

Opened a dispute because you denied my refund request. I'm not going to let someone steal my hard earned money since this cheat is constantly down and I never used it once.

I like how she says "gave him almost a full month free." as if I used the cheat, better yet as if the cheat was ever even up for more than 2 weeks within the last 3 months.

You opened a dispute, asked for a refund, and now proceed to call me names simply because I denied your refund request. 30 EUR for almost a whole month subscription, wether you used it or not - you activated your key. 1903 support was pushed a few days after you purchased, I stated the latest version of Windows is support - you�re right. Pretty sure that same week 1903 was released, nothing I can do to predict that. Again, simply didn’t just accept my refund request. Asked nicely and it got denied (as seen in the pictures) as I tried to plead my case, u once again denied it a second time. I pleaded my case a 3rd time and that is when u came back online on your phone (which i saw) for about 5 minutes, and went back off for another 10. This lead me to believe you read it and simply didn’t give a shit and that’s when i opened the dispute. And almost like magic, 2-3 minutes after the dispute, you proceed to finally tell me you accept my refund request but that u see i already opened a dispute and that u will leave it there.

It’s not hard to see you’re trying to play innocent. Its obvious you had no intention of refunding me and you are only claiming you were going to because you saw the dispute.

You can’t keep saying you gave me a month of subscription if the cheat hasn’t been up for 2 weeks in the past 3 months. This would mean you run on your customers’ subscriptions even when the cheat is down and that isn’t fair. And by the looks of it, seems quite often.

and as you guys can see, they still don't want to provide a refund [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] which should show you how they do business. Take your money for a down cheat, continue to have it down for a month, and deny you a refund request after you were being completely understanding and having the patience to wait 2 months for it to be back up..

We�ve all had that one customer, uses the cheat, says it doesn�t work, asks for a compensation, then wants a refund. It�s terrible, I�m such a nice person or let alone a very understandable provider, I just don�t fall for these users.

Bought from Kradeau. Was quick to respond and take money. Got the cheat but never worked. Asked for help and never got it all I got was him saying sad :(. Watch out people.
