For noein, if you want to be the moderator or to be the most popular here in elite, do something a really useful Hack like Mod Brian Hack that can Everybody here use it, and for your hack, although other guess the password for those not? Can’t use it because you put a password in your .rar files, "guessing game? WTF" then, if you have that hack you can’t use again because you can use it another application, FRAMEWORK STATION? ohhh... first off, all of noein's hacks ARE useful.

second, dotnetframework is needed--no, its REQUIRED--coz of the platform used to create the hack.
