The way of archive is correct. But the error remains.

hmm haben die heute was geändert bei server neustart, ohne custom client kommt man auf karte aber sobald man fiddler startet mit custom client gibt es einen flash player crash?

Next SF client update will include a new module named fileCacheloader.swf (hash: f1d56145e2a04e482864e0f61a089800).

Probably BP will try to block any kind of client customization from now on.
