Just grind alone like every chinese char have to do. The IP Limit should stay like this.
And stop to complain about exp rates, they was high enough before the patch and now they are even higher.

Changed the EXP Rate from x30 to x40

edit : the exp rate is fine for me . i hope if it was 15 or 20 maximum
