So, you are going to reward top 300 players that reach level 100. That is very nice from you, however...
Have you ever considered the fact that there is not going to be a single chinese among those players?
At the very least, you could have lower PARTY EXP a LOT so every player should have the same chance? And of course, increase the party exp rates after a couple of days.

OR, you should give rewards to top 150 euro chars to reach level 100 and top 150 chinse. Otherwise, this level race is pointless and completely unfair for anyone playing chinse.
