Hmm got this problem when i try to open hack it say the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). any idea what is that?

go to first page and download all in one runtimes it may take about 30 mins to download it and continur to open and blah blah blah.......... i solved that problem now my prob is it kept crashing after 25 sec when i opened it
