I bought 100 refs for 40€ (lv10) for a smurf on 26th, theyre Lv5 by now.

I guess theyll be on lv10 tomorrow?

Guard1an i think something weird is happening atm. Even my customers from various forums are reporting me that they are not getting any referrals. Not even lvl 1 accounts without summoners names. Do you know anything about it ?

Well I'm still getting people reporting that they are getting my referrals. Anyone who doesn't end up getting the referrals for some reason I will sort out.

update, the refs are now level 3. I ordered the 26th, a day later i had all the refs on level 1. I think Riot tis slowly updating now.

Bought last 75 I needed to get 100 from you, and its been around 4-5days since original order form was filled.
Talked to you on skype and you said it'd be done today, but I checked and all referrals were at lvl 5 instead of 10?
If this is just something that always happens and LoL updates sorry, but the other 25 went straight to lvl 10 in 2days.
Just wondering if this is supposed to happen. ^^
