how to change xp/sp/drop rate???????????? in server.cfg?

How i can connect to my server ? I changed IP in media.pk2 and after i open launcher it says "Launcher Has Stopped Working" also with loader im getting errors.

i got problen with pet summons any know what is?

and got dc in client.. when relog pet this summoned but no appeared

solve

(do that for all .exe in vsro files like FarmManager and DownloadServer and GateWay & soo)

right click Then
properties Then
Choose Compatibility
In Compatibility mode
Check Run this program in Compatibility mode For :
and choose Windows 2000

in global manager appers this when i start a exe files

cannot certify server body : [DownloadServer][169.254.178.3]

this appers all time with every exe =/

you will see my server cfg ?

I believe i launched my server successfully , could you tell me what ports to patch the media.pk with if i'm using the customcert with settings where ports are 32000 , 32001 ,32002 etc
Moreover i get Xtrap error when trying to load with edx loader
