i had same problem first of all make your computer english then make sure that your data folder is \Binary\data and not \Binary\data\data

try change port to 15779 it worked for me ^^

I try to log in and nothing happen I just see Requesting user confirmation....

Make your computer english go binary folder then extract data folder and make sure its \Binary\data and not \Binary\data\data :mofo:
