Previously, I created a ticket due to other issues, but I haven't received any response for four days. So I'm reaching out here for help. I've been experiencing frequent blue screens, stuttering, and other instability issues during use, which led me to reinstall an earlier version of Windows 11 23H2. After I finished setting everything up and attempted to log into my Izi account, I found that my key had been blocked. This is very disappointing for me. I believe the key was blocked due to a system reinstallation triggering Izi's anti-sharing mechanism. However, I can say with 100% certainty that I only reinstalled my operating system, and my PC hardware and IP address have not changed at all (which I believe you can verify from your backend). I kindly request that the block on my key be lifted. I truly enjoy using this cheat, but the lack of response from support is really discouraging.
