it doesn't kill npc's it goes near them, clicks them, but doesn't click "ctrl" to start attacking, it doesn't double click either

You have to place LCB-10 on your hot bar.

enable start and stop attack using shortcut bar in settings->gameplay

And keep lcb 10 in shortcut bar or any ammo u wish to use in shortcut bar

bot also sees a war clan player as an alien and tries shooting him in map x-2 .....
