i need help!!! i bought a paid acc 24h ago and nothing happened yet can get my paid version! i hope i didnt pay for dead project !!! anyone can help me!

Hey guys, im using the paid version on Sbot AC, but i got problem on the login server.When the bot try to log in while the server is full im getting msg You have been disconected from the server and bot stucks at it.Any ideas what to do?
