Hello! it sad to hear that you didn`t had a good experience with us, but since you told the story from your side to make it biased, let me start from the beginning
First of all, the customer i`m replying to, fully, FULLY ignored all instructions

even these, that are written as FIRST instructions. That`s where the drama started.
Then in discord after he told he experience issues with "laggy esp" i asked him to create a ticket and if possible record a video of laggy esp so i can assist further ( NONE of the things i asked were done ). Then around 1 hour later, he started undermining the cheat by saying "this garbage doesn`t even work, if anybody need a key, dm me", and started fighting with our users that tried to explain him that me most likely didn`t follow all instructions. Around 15 minutes later he left from our discord.
Then he went to epvp to write this feedback and now actively trying to undermine us.
The weirdest thing is... His account is very fresh, and for some reason all his messages are targeted against us, and others are the praise of some newbie reseller.
We are not sure, but most likely his account is an alt created by competitors to undermine us, so forum members reading this message, please be VERY cautious with this "person" to avoid being scammed, lied, or manipulated, thanks you!

for the instructions I very clearly apologized and called myself a retard (didn‘t show this one or his ego gets hurt), nethertheless I explained to you I followed the guide on the website which apparently is outdated which I understand and you said you will update soon.
after the cheat finally worked I started playing around 5 games and it was laggy af. this was on the first day. this has nothing to do with my PC. NOTHING. you were too fucking insulting just saying follow the instructions while deleting my messages. I FOLLOWED THESE STUPID ASS PLAIN TEXT intructions just like you said. It didn‘t change anything. I even tried in 1080p and everything possible since you couldn‘t care less
after this I created a ticket, since I work and don‘t have all the time of the world to discuss with a cokehead. I checked discord again and the ticket was gone, to that I wrote in general chat hey did you answer my ticket and closed it. ecause i didnt see the message, in which you said what was your wuestion, in which I copy pasted my question and you said something whicj I can‘t remember exactly (like I said, if you are able to screenshot one message just go ahead and do every message to be transparent about me and yourself.)
Well after eriting for a little bit I wanted to game again, loaded the cheat everything was working except for windows explorer not working(clicking on files/folders was not possible). You said restart and reinject which I did and even wrote that. All in all I rebooted my pc like 5 times in 1 day dude. Well nevertheless I injectef, started the game, menu popped up, ive set my config shit and loaded into a game, see there the cheat itself didn‘t work. Don‘t tell me I didn‘t try anything in my possibility to contact you and or get any andwer or support from you.
I decided to write in discord and looking bsck it may have been a little too much saying something like wow this shit now doesnt even work, which if you read through all my responses I just write /talk like that, so spologies for being too harsh for your ego. Then some users started giving me advice like wym nothing works? I said yes menu loads injected everything n stuff bit neither radar nor aim nor ESP is working. You said reboot your pc reinject again like s fucking it support in his firdt 10 seconds of a call. I did that, reloaded the cheat and it still didn‘t work, I tried again and it didn‘t work again which I told in general chat.
5 minutes later the server disappeared from my discord snd I couldn‘t join. This is exsctly where I started to contact you and leave a bad rep obviously.
I DID NOT LEAVE THE SERVER. if so there should be a message proofing that.
come on man if you have the balls show every message and your answer to it so people here can effectively see how you manage customers which have a problem.
You are blatantly lying and twisting the story. The allegation of being an alt is just ridiciloud, I urge every customer to just look into his answers only here in the threads and to my answers and you‘ll see who is in the right or wrong.
Mind you 1-2 pages ago he didn‘t even aknowledge me as a customer, as soon as my -rep got up again (mod checked proof and allowed btw) he decided its time to fix the damage he has done by blatantly either ignoring me or straight up lying.
If you are that good of a provider. show the full screenshots. If you can‘t for whatever reason that is people know better

Your members in general chat were more helpful than you as a dev. You jumped to conclusions and didn‘t flinch to kick me as soon as some of your members seen that the chest not worked but the menu did.
