I thought they were included. But I know before that some were disabled and can be re-enabled

Just like RXP, they show how to make the guides. In all the players for HC with experience, they could have taken the Classic guide and made it HC guide. Instead, people waited for someone else to do it.

My question is if it would be possible to access this novel mode through the normal uploads you kindly/magically/switfly :handsdown: do in this forum, or if it is/would be a premium paid feature such as the auction house module, for example.

Agreed and they release when it is out. Why would they release it for HC, when HC is not even out?

is there a working rested exp for private severs if so is there a list of what severs or version of the game it works for

There is, but a lot of what it works on I do not know. As I do not even play on private servers and I am not going to try each one to find out.

It depends what the private server is running, patch, and if it will use Hermes

I made the file and took me sometime, due to prople requested it.

But it does not work on Turtle wow, as that is a vanilla client that is modified.
