ok this is seriously my last attempt to help out with the balancing part, since it seems to get no attention
your actual balance changes posted on facebook:
- Increase cooldowns of healing skills
-> useless
let's say a rogue is pvping somebody, he's low in HP, switches to cleric and heals himself with holy recovery + holy group recovery and his HP is full already, no matter what the cooldown of these skills are, because he doesn't have to use a skill twice, 2 of them are enough for full HP... he won't have to use these skills for the next 20-30sec (even if he does he still has 2 other healing skills: healing favor and group healing breath), i dont think that you will increase the cooldown to 30+ sec lol
(my suggestion: check point 6)
- Increase MP consume for healing cycle
-> useless as well, as long as you don't increase it to a hilariously high amount, none of the str chars will lack so much MP that he isn't able to cast healing cycle
in the worst case the cleric will simply wait with his cleric and shield equipped until he can use the next vigor grain/mp pot
(my suggestion: increase the cooldown of healing cycle to 10sec, there is nothing else you can do to really "nerf" this skill, nerfing the other heal skills is much more important)
in my opinion these are also very important changes, but they got ignored, unfortunately:
1. Earth Fence / Earth Barrier simultaneous attack from 8 to 1 (3 wizards in your party are enough for perma 46% phy def -> party becomes invincible against str opponents)
2. Ultimate Screen should not be stackable with Physical/Morale Screen
3. Required items for Pain Quota, Physical Fence, Magical Fence, Protect: Onehanded Sword OR Dual Axe (NO Twohanded-Sword... warriors are the only ones who are good tanks/buffers and good attackers at the same time, this will force them to be either a buffer or an attacker, just like every other build)
4. delete the phy/mag dances
REASON: a party is limited to 8 members, 2 bards already take away 25% of the slots, and since there aren't so many bard players most of the bards are alt chars, deleting the dances would encourage people to play with 1 strong battle-bard... this would be fair for everybody since dances are only used for killing uniques and outside buffing at dw south and BA/CTF
5. Innocent only usable on a party member, but not on yourself (very important skill when it comes to party playing, especially while killing jobcave uniques (Haroeris and Seth), but also very unfair in 1vs1 because of the Integrity skill) - this way you will only have 1 skill to cure your bad status in 1vs1 fights, but your party play won't suffer too much
6. Holy Group Recovery/Group Healing Breath/ Healing Favor only heal your party members, not yourself (to prevent heal spamming in 1vs1, this way you will only be able to use Holy Recovery to heal yourself, but that should be enough)
(7. Remove black ress)
(8. Cooldown of Group Reverse and Holy Group Reverse from 2min to 5min)
