depends if you like to play in party or solo. U prefer dmg or def? pvp or unique hunting?

I want to play in party and with my friends but I want to play solo at the same time. ^^ However, I prefer DMG and PvP/Unique Hunting ... Thx for answers.

Job rates shouldn't be exactly equal, because if you compare a theif to a trader, a theif can finish his trade in 10 minutes while a hunter and a trader have to spend like 20-30 minutes to complete their trade and a trader risks his gold as well, so it should be fair for traders hunters and theifs to have a bit different reward rates
