1 - Starting level is 104.
2 - Starting level is 104.
3 - No. Lucky powder 11D is not in game atm. The mobs are not dropping tablets.

can anyone from NoMercY pm me i wanna join IGN:d0hn

NoMercY is a fucked up guild at this moment, cause Burton char got banned. The "Vote leader" option is not working, I have no idea why. As Burton told me, 35 days are already gone from the day of the ban. So? I don't know. We need to create a new guild for our community. It has to be as soon as possible.

Cheers ^^ :P .

P.S.: You could create it if you want and the give the lead to someone else. I would create it but if I leave NoMercY, I have to wait 3 days.
