I ordered 100 last night (total) and today i already have 100 completed referrals. Level 1 but in a few days they'll hit the right level i'm sure of it :). You will be fine guys.

Bought some level 10s last night, showed up on my referral page as level 1 so I'm pretty sure they'll get up in level

Just bought 150 of level 5's for some ip ;D hopefully they come in soon (so much more cheaper then buying rp for champions on sale!)
