Sir PLS HELP!

I used VM Ware v7. And my game in vmware always crash. It saids that 'Game does not support 3d'. And a error message occur. Here it is

yes it works..for windows 7 ulti..try it..you wont be disappointed..

Took me like 3-4 hours to do this- and I'm terrible at figuring out things like this. I was getting angry with the vague explanations on certain steps, but I caught on. Thanks a lot for the Tut! Works like a charm! :]

my 2nd problem is the "game does not not support your 3d"

..I checked my device manager and there was a exclamation mark on VM SVGA II (The device could not start).. I think there's a problem in display adapter in VMware Workstaion V.7.0..

Anyone knows about this? I read all the previous post. I did reinstall the VMWare Tools, install the DirectX 9.oc in my VM, checked the 3 box and make it full debug and all other stuff..
