aber ne, wom2 läuft perfekt, muss kein neuer Server sein, damit am ende doch 2 komplett leere dastehen

Soo since there is not a single really good Server i wanna give Wom a Chance. i have 2 Questions there. is Wom enjoyable without paying for the Server ?
and which server would you recommend to start ? i saw on Server 1 are 1200 players what really good seems to me

Around the opening date of WoM3 some players complained that our only goal with this server was to make a quick buck and then merge it back with WoM2. For this reason and to break up with legacy features in WoM2 we made the server different enough that it was not a possibility to merge it back with the older server.

We had not predicted the course of events whereby our changes to keep WoM2 alive ended up killing WoM3; or to be more specific, making it run at a loss, which was ultimately the reason for closure, as the dev team was wasting resources in updating two different code and content branches.

And as much as the disappointment of many of the remaining WoM3 players is understandable, I have to point out that every server that was opened at the time WoM2 came into existence is closed now for one reason or another, and none of these shutdowns came with a compensation of any sort.

We will keep working to make this game enjoyable in what is at the moment our only project in which we are now able to focus all our resources, which is no other than the same old server that we opened on April of 2013 and is still running in 2020.
