Yes I would play even on Turksro.. English media and no difference between other servers... Only good thing: If you pwn someone you can be almost sure that he was a turk :D

We did that on the "island" in the middle of that room where that water is .. 3 nukers (90-94) and 1 Cleric, over 2,5h of fighting, we killed it, got around 10% with GT :>
