don't increase the rates

i suggest to create npc which is selling reverses , globals . . etc for silver coins . the coins which can be getting from CTF kills

the ctf will be more active
and there're will be some free silk items

we're still working on our patch, it got delayed cause of exploitfixes. About ur suggest, i'll talk with the team about it, how we'll do it actually.
